These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services.
By accessing or using this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using any of our services.

By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all applicable policies.

These Terms apply to payments processed through Retro Regen’s website, invoices, and Stripe payment links.

1. General Information

This website is operated by Retro Regen, referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.”
We offer this website — including all information, tools, and services available from it — to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and notices stated here.

2. Online Store Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have the consent of a legal guardian.
You may not use our products or services for any unlawful purpose.
A violation of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our services.

3. Products and Services

We make every effort to accurately display our products’ colors, descriptions, and specifications.
We do not guarantee that your device’s display will accurately represent these colors.
We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or services to any person or jurisdiction.
All descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Retro Regen is not responsible for issues arising from third-party payment processors such as PayPal or credit card providers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Retro Regen is not responsible for delays, service interruptions, loss, damage, or other events caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside Retro Regen’s reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping-address information. Shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.

Prepaid Shipping Labels

Retro Regen may allow customers to purchase prepaid inbound or return shipping labels through the Retro Regen website or customer portal.

Shipping rates are calculated using shipment information that may include the origin and destination addresses, carrier service, packaging type, exterior package dimensions, and fully packed package weight.

Before purchasing a prepaid label, the customer must review and confirm that the displayed package information accurately represents the package that will be shipped.

Package weight must include the device, accessories, packing materials, and shipping container. Package dimensions must represent the exterior measurements of the fully packed shipping container, including any bulges or irregular portions.

A prepaid label may only be used for the shipment, package, contents, addresses, carrier service, and package information for which it was issued.

Carrier Adjustments

Shipping carriers may independently weigh, measure, inspect, or reclassify a package after accepting it. A carrier may impose additional postage, dimensional-weight charges, address-correction charges, packaging charges, service-level corrections, nonstandard-package fees, or other adjustments.

The customer is responsible for a documented carrier adjustment resulting from:

  • Inaccurate package dimensions or weight provided or confirmed by the customer;
  • Use of packaging different from the packaging confirmed during label purchase;
  • Adding or changing package contents after purchasing the label;
  • An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer;
  • Use of the label for a shipment other than the shipment for which it was issued;
  • Failure to comply with the selected carrier service’s requirements; or
  • Another circumstance reasonably attributable to the customer’s preparation or use of the shipment.

When Retro Regen receives a documented customer-responsible carrier adjustment, Retro Regen may issue a supplemental invoice for the adjustment. If the customer’s property remains in Retro Regen’s possession, the supplemental shipping balance must be paid before the property is returned.

Retro Regen will not bill the customer for an adjustment caused solely by:

  • Package information that was not displayed to and confirmed by the customer;
  • A hidden default or placeholder used by the Retro Regen website or customer portal;
  • A Retro Regen software, configuration, or data-entry error;
  • Selection or purchase of an incorrect carrier rate by Retro Regen’s systems;
  • A duplicate or otherwise erroneous label transaction caused by Retro Regen; or
  • Another error attributable to Retro Regen rather than the customer.

Retro Regen may dispute an adjustment when the available shipment information indicates that the carrier’s adjustment is incorrect. The carrier determines whether an adjustment dispute is approved.

Retro Regen will not automatically charge a previously used payment method for a carrier adjustment. When additional payment is required, Retro Regen will issue a supplemental invoice.

These prepaid-label and carrier-adjustment provisions apply only to labels purchased on or after the effective date shown above and only when the customer was shown and required to confirm the package information used to calculate the shipping rate.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please review our Return and Refund Policy for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.

6A. Repair Services Disclaimer

By submitting any console or electronic device for service, you agree to the following:

  1. Inherent Risk: Vintage electronics contain aging components that may fail during inspection or repair. Retro Regen takes every precaution but is not liable for incidental damage incurred during disassembly or testing.
  2. Pre-Existing Conditions: Devices with corrosion, modification, or prior repair attempts may experience additional issues during service.
  3. Shipping Liability: Customers are responsible for proper packaging and inbound shipping. Retro Regen is not liable for damage, loss, or delay caused by carriers.
  4. No Guarantee of Outcome: Diagnostic evaluation determines repairability. Some devices may be deemed unrepairable after inspection.
  5. Customer Acknowledgment: By purchasing a repair service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Repair Terms & Conditions.

6B. Product Warranty

Products sold directly through Retro Regen’s website may include a limited warranty.
Warranty coverage, duration, and terms vary by product and are defined in our Warranty Policy.

By purchasing a product, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the Warranty Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content — including text, images, graphics, and logos — is the property of Retro Regen and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any part of this site without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Retro Regen does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our site or products.
