Start a Retro Game Repair Request
Use this form to request mail-in repair, diagnostics, restoration, or upgrade service for retro consoles, handhelds, game cartridges, controllers, and other retro gaming hardware.
Tell me what item you have, what problem you are seeing, and what service you are looking for. I will review your request and reply with the next step before you ship anything.
Retro Regen is a U.S. mail-in repair service based in Richmond, Texas.
I do not operate a public retail storefront or walk-in repair counter. Please submit a repair request first and wait for approval, payment, and shipping instructions before mailing anything in.
How the process works:
- Submit your repair request
Describe the item, issue, and any repair, restoration, diagnostic, or upgrade service you are interested in. - Manual review
I review the request and determine whether it can be quoted from the information provided or whether the item needs a physical evaluation. - Estimate or initial invoice
If the service can be quoted from the request details, I will send an estimate or invoice for approval. If the item needs evaluation or deposit-based work, I will send an initial invoice for the evaluation fee or deposit. - Ship after payment
Please do not ship anything until the initial invoice is approved and paid. Shipping instructions are provided after payment. - Evaluation or work order
If physical evaluation is required, I will inspect the item after it arrives and send an updated work order with final pricing for approval before repair work continues. - Completion and return
Approved work is completed, tested, and returned after the final balance and return shipping are complete.
